Fermento Pub & Bistrot

In a building abandoned for years comes this new Pub Bistrot, where the focus from the early beginning has been the quality of the service provided to clients as well as the place with all its aspects and design. The atmosphere we recreated capture the visitors into a warm and welcoming space where guests can enjoy, in this embrace made of wood, soft lighting, exposed brick walls, all the house’s specialties. The restaurant was founded as a brewery with kitchen, and it is designed to work properly either during daytime than at night. The atmosphere changes, at lunchtime the external light enters, creating a very bright but never cold atmosphere, thanks to the materials used and the color choices. During the day it is possible to enjoy the outside view of the surrounding mountains. In the evening it becomes more akin to that of a true tavern that welcomes you into his warm and rich space.

The style of the pub, while respecting its type, has a tendency to a more industrial space, modern and international, that will appeal to a more stylish audience. The setting has been carefully recreated through the study of materials and furnishings, both for the ones that have been selected and also for all the others that have been specifically designed by our company, such as all the tables, the bar itself, the two level bar counter and all the iron or wood structures for product display.
